It is the supreme advisory board of the Arab Association for Sports Psychology, and it has the final say in deciding on the affairs of the association, and it returns to it all the priorities of the association in the event of its dissolution as stipulated in Article (21) of the rules of procedure, where paragraph (2) of the Council of Arab Experts clarifies the right to dissolve the association If it deviates from its objectives or becomes unable to achieve its objectives, the association has the right to object to the decision of dissolution before the Court of Cassation within thirty days from the date it was notified of the decision, and the court’s decision in this regard is final, while paragraph (3) of the above article stipulates that the funds of the association after its liquidation shall be transferred to the Council of experts. The Council for the current session consists of (6) members, who are:
1. Prof. Dr. Oklah Suleiman Al-Houri, founder of the association as president.
2. Prof. Dr. Nazim Shaker Al-Wattar, President of the Assembly, as a deputy.
3. Prof. Dr. Tariq Muhammad Badr Al-Din, First Deputy Member.
4. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Rahman Al-Haramleh, second deputy, member.
5. Prof. Dr. Hafsawi bin Youssef, third deputy, member.
6. Prof. Dr. Nasser Salem Al-Amri, Financial Secretary, member. The Council has the right to add any member it deems an urgent need to add, and it has the right to host any member of the Arab Association’s offices in order to take important decisions related to the Association’s work and policies.
