Article (8) which described the General Assembly stipulated:

1- The general assembly of the association shall consist of the members who have paid the full fees for their participation in the association.

2- The quorum is considered to have been achieved in the presence of the majority of the members of the general assembly, i.e. half plus one. If the quorum is not complete, the meeting is postponed for one week, and the quorum is considered at that time regardless of the number of attendees.

3- Decisions are taken by a majority of the number of attendees, and in the event of a tie, the side for which the president voted shall prevail. So far, the subscription fees have not been collected from the registered members, who numbered more than 60 members representing 14 Arab countries.
